Apple cider vinegar is generally used for marinating meat and fish. But it is more than just another marinating agent. The vinegar has been used since ancient times to treat several diseases.

Medical practitioners and herbalists use apple cider vinegar and honey to treat several ailments. The vinegar is generally made from fermented ripe apples.

  • Apple cider vinegar is high in essential vitamins, beta-carotene and pectin fiber. Owing to its high pectin content, it helps regulate blood pressure and cholesterol. The beta-carotene helps maintain toned skin, thereby making you look younger.

  • It is also rich in important minerals such as sodium, potassium, calcium, phosphorous and iron. Apple cider vinegar strengthens bones, prevents hair loss, helps in proper body development, eliminates toxic waste from the body and much more.

Methods of Consumption
